There is a disturbing tendency, albeit a very small one, to make adjustments to classic period instruments and modern instruments alike. I will not be held responsible for any adjustments made to my instruments by others when it leaves the workshop.

I am the person best placed to make reeds for my pipes and have successfully re-reeded my own instruments 'on the spot' at piping events around the world. I am always available to re-reed my own instruments and would ask that if this service is required that I am contacted in the first instance so that such action may be avoided."
